OVERVIEW

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the smooth operation of the coatroom, including organization, replenishment, and quality inspections. Monitors employees while they are putting on the PPE to ensure PPE is worn/applied correctly.

Shift: Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 12am

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

·Ensures the plant uniform/garments, janitorial, and safety supply inventory needs are consistently met through diligent monitoring and by reporting inventory levels accurately and the maintenance of stock and tidiness of the Coatroom.
· Monitors visitors to the Plant, ensuring proper PPE/attire is issued.
· Performs minor repair (sewing) on garments of the uniform program.
· Sorts and organizes garments washed/supplied by third party laundry services.
· Regulates and dispenses garments and supplies to employees and visitors (including hairnets, gloves, and aprons as required).
· Fills in logs to document supplies being used and record times of cleaning.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day in the coatroom, hallways, change rooms, and cafeteria. Includes (but not limited to):
o Refill soap, paper towel and gloves at the handwashing stations, and cleans the handwashing sinks;
o Clean the change rooms, washrooms, walls and cafeteria; and
o Empty garbage bins at employee entrances and exits, cafeterias, washrooms, and hallways.
· Policies, Processes & Procedures
o Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Plant based. 10% on the floor 90% in common areas (warm)
